OfficeMax D/srupt Growth Navigation Program Competition terms and conditions
1. Information on how to enter and prizes form part of these terms and conditions.
2. Definitions:
a. The 'Promoter' is OfficeMax New Zealand Ltd of 30 Sir Woolf Fisher Drive, East Tamaki, Manukau.
b. The 'Promotion' is ‘D/srupt Growth Navigation Program Competition’.
3. Introduction
This is a competition to win one (1) of thirty (30) D/srupt Growth Navigation Program Workshop Packages, which are run by Disrupt New Zealand Limited (D/srupt). Each prize consists of:
One (1) double pass entry to one of D/srupt’s Growth Navigation Program Workshops (1x full day in-person session, or 4x weekly 1.5hr online sessions), which may be either:
o Workshop 1: 1x full day in-person session in Auckland (10 winners); or
o Workshop 2: 1x full day in-person session in Christchurch (10 winners); or
o Workshop 3: 4x weekly 1.5hr online sessions (10 winners).
Access to D/srupt’s online tool, the D/srupt Growth Navigation platform, for one year from the date of your workshop. The online tool contains content on market strategies to help identify areas of growth for your business.
By entering the Promotion, you agree to these terms and conditions. This Promotion is governed by New Zealand law.
4. Eligibility This Promotion is designed for small to medium-sized enterprises with annual revenue between NZ$0.5k – $10M. Employees of OfficeMax, its related companies, or D/srupt, and their immediate families, are ineligible to enter the competition. Businesses owned or operated by employees of OfficeMax, its related companies, or D/srupt, or by their immediate families, are ineligible to enter the competition.
OfficeMax business account customers whose accounts are in default, or closed due to misconduct, are ineligible to enter the competition.
5. How to Enter
The Promotion opens on 6 October 2025 at 8am and closes on 24 October 2025 at 11.59pm (the Closing Date). To enter, complete and submit an application form before the Closing Date. OfficeMax & D/srupt are collecting the entrant's personal information for the purpose of conducting this prize draw (including but not limited to determining and notifying the winner). Only one entry per business is permitted.
6. Selecting the Winners
The winner of the promotion will be selected through a merit-based evaluation process conducted by a panel of judges selected by the Promotor, based on the responses the applicants provided in their application. This is not a game of chance. Chance plays no part in determining the selection of finalists and winners. All decisions will be at the sole and absolute discretion of the Promotor, and no correspondence will be entered into. The winners will be notified by email by 6 November 2025 if they have been selected for the prize and will be asked to confirm a workshop date. A winner must claim their prize by confirming their attendance to a workshop within two working days of being notified or forfeits it. A winner also forfeits their prize if they were not eligible to enter, as we may determine at any time. If any prize is forfeited, we’ll determine the substitute winner of our choosing.
7. Conditions
The prize isn’t transferable, exchangeable, or negotiable. All results are final, and we won’t enter into correspondence. Unless described as part of the prize, all expenses incurred by the winner (or their related parties) are their own responsibility. You consent to OfficeMax and D/srupt using your name, photo, location, business name and image for publicity and promotional purposes. You must make yourself available for publicity photographs relating to the Promotion on request for no additional compensation.
8. Compliance Checks
We or the prize provider may need to check you or your entry. This includes your name, address, age, place of employment, and other information we might reasonably ask for. We can disqualify you at any time for being fraudulent, dishonest or misleading, or otherwise acting outside these terms.
9. Our Liability
We, the prize provider, and our respective employees and affiliates, are not liable for any losses (both direct and indirect) resulting from this Promotion or a prize itself.
10. Promotion Cancellation
If for any reason this Promotion is not capable of running as planned, including due to infection by computer virus, bugs, tampering, unauthorized intervention, fraud, technical failures or any other causes beyond the control of the Promoter or the prize provider, which corrupt or affect the administration security, fairness or integrity or proper conduct of this Promotion, the Promoter reserves the right in its sole discretion to cease the Promotion with fair notification to the applicants. The form of such notification is at the complete discretion of the Promoter.
11. Prize Program Rearrangement
If for any reason one or more of the prize programs are not capable of running as planned, due to any causes beyond the control of the Promoter or the prize provider, the Promoter reserves the right in its sole discretion to rearrange the dates of the prize program with fair notification to the winners. The form of such notification is at the complete discretion of the Promoter.
12. Your Privacy
We the prize provider, may collect, store, and use your information to conduct this Promotion and for future promotional and publicity purposes. See our Privacy Policy for more information on our privacy practices. We may also share your information with the prize provider on these same terms and in accordance with their privacy policy. We own any entries in the Promotion.
