We, Te Puni Kōkiri, are the promoter and D/srupt is the provider.

You agree to these terms with us by entering into the Promotion. New Zealand law applies.

2. How to register interest

The Promotion opens on 22 October 2025 and closes on 30 March 2026 (the Closing Date).

You enter by filling out and submitting an expression of interest (EOI) form with D/srupt in the manner we tell you before the Closing Date. You can only enter once.

Entries are open to Māori businesses invited to participate by Te Puni Kōkiri.

3. Selecting participants

Te Puni Kōkiri will invite possible participants to submit an EOI based on our aim to have a balanced range and number of Māori businesses participating across all regions in Aotearoa/ New Zealand.

D/srupt will then select participants from the EOI and ask them to choose workshop dates.

In line with new government requirements, selected participants will be required to declare to the Provider any conflicts of interest, perceived, potential or actual, between their business and Te Puni Kōkiri (before starting the program).

Selected participants must confirm their attendance at a workshop within one week of being notified otherwise their places will be forfeited. Selected participants also forfeit their participation in the programme if they were not eligible to enter, as we may determine at any time. If places are forfeited, we will determine a replacement participant of our choosing

4. Conditions

Places on the programme are not exchangeable, transferable or negotiable. Unless described as part of the programme, all expenses incurred by selected participants (or related parties) are their own responsibility.

5. Compliance checks

The provider may need to check you or your entry. This includes your name, address, contact details, the business that you represent, and other information they might reasonably ask for.

6. Our Liability

We Te Puni Kōkiri and the Provider and our respective employees and affiliates are not liable for any losses (both direct and indirect) resulting from the registration process or programme delivery.

7. Your Privacy
