Te Puni Kokiri Export Accelerator terms and conditions
1. Introduction
This is a competition to win a Te Puni Kokiri Export Accelerator package (the Promotion), which is run by Disrupt New Zealand Limited (D/srupt).
Winners will receive:
one double pass entry to one of Te Puni Kokiri Export Accelerator series, comprising four x 2 hour weekly online sessions
access to D/srupt’s online tool - the D/srupt Growth Navigation platform, for one year from the date of your workshop. The online tool contains content on market strategies to help identify areas of growth for their business.
We, Te Puni Kokiri, are the promoter and D/srupt is the prize provider.
You agree to these terms with us by entering the Promotion. New Zealand law applies.
2. How to enter
The Promotion opens on 15 Oct and closes on 30 June 2026 (the Closing Date).
You enter by filling out and submitting an application form to us in the manner we tell you to before the Closing Date. You can only enter once.
Entries are open to approved Te Puni Kokiri Export customers. This Promotion is designed for small to medium-sized enterprises with annual revenue of NZ$0.5K – $10M.
You are not eligible if you are, or you’re a business that is owned and/or operated by a staff member of Te Puni Kokiri, its related companies, or D/srupt, or their immediate family members, at the time of entry.
3. Selecting the winners
We will select the winners based on the responses the applicants provided in their application. All decisions will be at our sole and absolute discretion, and no correspondence will be entered into. The winners will be notified if they have been selected for the prize and will be asked to choose a workshop date.
Winners must claim their prize by confirming their attendance to a workshop within one week of being notified, or they forfeit it. Winners also forfeit their prize if they were not eligible to enter, as we may determine at any time. If any prize is forfeited, we’ll determine the substitute winner of our choosing.
4. Conditions
Prizes aren’t transferable, exchangeable, nor negotiable. All results are final and we won’t enter into correspondence. Unless described as part of the prize, all expenses incurred by the winners (or their related parties) are their own responsibility.

You consent to us and the prize provider using your name, photo, hometown and image for publicity and promotional purposes. You must make yourself available for publicity photographs relating to the Promotion on request for no additional compensation.
5. Compliance checks
We or the prize provider may need to check you or your entry. This includes your name, address, age, place of employment, and other information we might reasonably ask for.
We can disqualify you at any time for being fraudulent, dishonest or misleading, or otherwise acting outside these terms.
6. Our liability
We, the prize provider, and our respective employees and affiliates, are not liable for any losses (both direct and indirect) resulting from this Promotion or a prize itself.
7. Your privacy
We may collect, store, and use your information to conduct this Promotion and for future promotional and publicity purposes. We may also share your information with the prize provider on these same terms and in accordance with their privacy policy. We own any entries in the Promotion.
