From there, we define a set of growth scenarios based on what the market supports. Typically four to eight, depending on what the data shows.

Some will be incremental. Some will be bold. All are grounded in evidence.

Each scenario represents a distinct path. A different way the business could grow, with different implications for scale, risk, and investment.

We then work with you to prioritise which path, or combination of paths, makes the most sense.
