March 8th 2026- Platform update
Improved Roadmap and Expansion Tools
This release improves how you turn workshop outputs into a practical roadmap. The main change is simple: the platform now helps you build a roadmap with initiatives, activities, timeframes, and human resources, so you can move from ideas to execution.
What’s changed
1. Improvements: from list to delivery plan
You can still create and prioritise your improvements; what’s new is what happens next.
In the roadmap, you can now:
Add selected improvements to your roadmap with its own “workstream”
Create activities under each improvement
Use the Dsrupt AI engine to generate personalised activities for each initiative
Set timeframes and allocate the human resources required
2. Expansion ideas: clearer steps, better decisions
Expansion is now split into four tools, in a clear sequence:
Ideas Brainstorming
Use AI to help generate expansion ideas. The goal here is breadth.Ideas Prioritisation
Select the best ideas to take forward.Scenario Creation
Turn your strongest ideas into defined scenarios.Scenario Prioritisation
Decide which scenarios are worth pursuing now.
3. Scenario Creation: Develop your best ideas into Scenarios
When you’re building a scenario, go to the Comparison table tab.
This shows the difference between:
Your current 32 strategic choices, and
The strategic choices required for the new scenario
It makes the strategic shift visible across Market, Offer, Operations, and Ownership, before you commit to action.
4. Roadmap: add improvements and scenarios, then build activities
Both improvements and scenarios now flow into the roadmap.
For improvements
Add the improvements you want to implement as initiatives
Add activities (AI-supported)
Set timeframes, assign an owner, track progress and allocate resources
For scenarios
Add the scenarios you want to pursue
Add initiatives based on the changes required
Add activities, then set timeframes and human resources for each activity
You can also view everything together in the overarching roadmap view, which shows your improvement work stream plus any scenario work streams.
